Hello everyone,

We have rolled out an emergency maintenance earlier today in order to resolve the recent account hacking issue. Firstly, we would like to apologize for the delay and lack of an official statement during this time. We wanted to come to you with a solution and a plan, and we have been working around the clock with the developers to work on solutions and hotfixes. We also plan to roll out another patch by April 29, 2020 with final fixes to this incident.

Anyone that was affected by this issue will be fully compensated. We value the time and effort you have put into War Rock, and we have logs that we will begin to investigate and recover in the upcoming days. We will post another announcement as we begin this process.

That being said, we also have logs of those who have abused this issue. We will open an investigation to track down these individuals. All accounts that were associated with or were directly abusing this will be permanently banned.

Again, we would like to deeply apologize for this incident. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to investigate and resolve all issues completely.
